In the case of color discrepancies, our team will measure visually and via spectrometer to determine if the order is within tolerance of the standard and follow up with you shortly. Our printers require close attention and high-touch color matching process requires a team of very human color experts.
In the case of a print run error (too short, TX bolt sizes) we can confirm printer and shipping records to advise what was sent.
We take pride in the fact that nearly all of our orders ship without issue, and we ALWAYS strive to resolve issues as soon as possible. If a reprint is required, our team will action and ship as soon as we can for the sake of you and your client.
