Continuous and engineered ydg can be combined to meet 15 yd minimum and waive set-up fee per SKU 

• Ex: 15 yds total:
  • 5 yds straight yardage
  • 10 yds to be cut

*can be SKU specific depending on pattern / repeat size

Engineered

If you choose to go with engineered crops, our team will apply a $25 fee per SKU to create the crop area file, and set it up with our printers to produce identical crops across the full width of the yardage. You are welcome to send a screenshot of your desired crop area, or our team can use their best judgement.

Accordion Body

All sample orders (to be placed only when strike-offs have been approved) should be submitted as PDFs to orders@twenty2.net. Our Customer Liaison team will confirm receipt and provide the ship date once all information necessary for production has been received.

Please see an example formatted below. Each Purchase Order (PO) should include: 

• Total printed quantity in yards for each SKU (ydg can be combined)
  • Include pattern name, color way name and ground width/material
  • Price per yard by ground
•  Sample specific information
  • Memo size (ex. 8x10") 
    • Continuous, or
    • Engineered
  • Back print, or back sticker 
    • Color, or
    • B&W 
  • Sampling price per yard
• Any additional fees, such as 
  • Set-up fee (for orders <15yds) per SKU
• Shipping details, including
  • Carrier (FedEx or UPS) and speed (ex: UPS Ground)
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • $13 Packing fee(s)
